Friday Five

Hey guys! I’m back from my couple month hiatus and am excited to share more exciting inspiration and projects. I took the summer off blogging mainly because the kids were home and we had lots of sporting events, campouts, reunions, and pool days, and then I spent time updating my website. But the kids are back in school, we are back in a routine, and today was the perfect day to share some of my favorite images I’ve saved.

Sometimes I love color, but other times neutral is just right, and this bedroom is so calming with it’s soft palette. I also love the unvconventional desk that doubles as a nightstand!

I’ve had 2 clients in the last 2 months reference their love for Betsy Brown’s work and when I hear this, I know it’s going to be a great project. I sourced a knock off of this Serge Mouille floor lamp and can’t wait to see it in action!

The whole arch window/door situation has me weak in the knees (not to mention that awesome lamp and furniture combo). I think anytime you can create an environment where the outdoors feel like an extension of your home you will be happy.

When I saw this caned built in it made me feel nostalgic of my childhood. I love the light toned wood and vintage artwork.

This smooth stucco exterior with it’s mullioned windows, steep roof pitch, and cedar shingles looks like a home straight out of Europe. Check out Ron Farris for more pictures of this stunning home.

Have a great weekend!
